Postal Service is soliciting proposals for painting the workroom at the Albany, NY General Mail Facility at 30 Old Karner Road. Work includes, but is not limited to, cleaning, repair and painting of the workroom space, and related miscellaneous work. The estimated cost of the work is between $200,000.00 and $400,000.00, with completion within 150 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. Sealed offers will be received in this office prior to, but no later than, 4:00 p.m. on August 2, 1996. Offers will not be publicly opened. The number of offers received, the identity of the offerors, the amount of any offer, or relative standing of the offerors WILL NOT BE DISCLOSED TO ANYONE until award of contract is made.
