Bauman (301) 619-2369 (Site Code DAMD17) Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, and performing all work to perform renovations to building 1500, Fort Detrick, Frederick, MD, to include: demolishing portions of existing building's exterior walls, vault, partitions, ceilings, finishes, doors; constructing new walls to enlarge existing building complete with foundations, floors, windows; finishing interior of the building to include drywall, partitions, doors, painting, sealing, concrete floors; furnishing and installing heating, ventilation system, and all mechanical piping and fixtures; and furnishing and installing electrical system. Period of performance under any resultant contract award will be 180 calendar days after award.
