Furnish all labor, tools, supplies, equipment, materials and incidentals for HVAC equipment replacement in accordance with the drawings and specifications. The work to be performed includes the following features: Remove existing boiler, four heating coils (duct), four rooftop A/C units, heating water pump, and heating ventilating unit. Provide duct and pipe connections as required. Provide new boiler, four heating coils (duct), four rooftop A/C units, heating water pump, and heating ventilating unit. Provide duct and pipe connections as required. Remove and replace HVAC control systems for items listed above. Provide electrical equipment and materials as specified in the plans, as required by particular conditions at the site, and as required to conform to the specified standards and codes in order to complete the electrical systems in a neat and satisfactory manner. This solicitation is subject to availability of funds. Estimated issue date is July 8, 1996. A non-refundable fee of $25.00 will be charged for each bid package requested by a bidder.
