The building shall contain offices, latrines and support areas such as mechanical room. The building shall have a double-sloped roof, metal wall panels, insulation, metal stud-gypsum board partitions, finishes, and mechanical, plumbing, electrical and telephone systems. This acquisition will be issued pursuant to the ''Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988'' and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore this acquisition is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining small business size, SIC 1542, for this acquisition, the average annual receipt of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $17 million. Estimated range of this project is $250,000 to $500,000. Performance time is 180 calendar days.
