Contractor to furnish all plant, labor, equipment, supervision, and materials for the construction work at McChord Air Force Base, Washington. The contractor is responsible for accomplishing all items of work in accordance with the applicable drawings, specifications, and provisions of the contract. The construction of this project to generally include: (1) Construction of a metal frame, metal sided open ended cover structure 50' wide by 34' long with a reinforced concrete foundation. This structure will have a standing seam metal roof, (2) Remove and replace existing fuel dispensers, (3) Remove asphalt adjacent to new concrete apron. Remove and dispose of 18'' of material as potential petroleum contaminated material, and (4) Extend power/area lighting. The magnitude of this construction is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The performance period is 120 calendar days (only 50 continuous workdays on-site). Bid sets will be available on or about 22 Jul 96 and will be provide upon written request only.
