Skipper, (912) 767-1868 (Site Code DAKF10) The Army requires a contract to Paint and do Miscellaneous Repairs, Family Housing Areas 11 and 12, Fort Stewart, Georgia. The work includes, but is not limited to: (1) remove and replace deteriorated wood, (2) remove and replace hardboard siding, (3) remove and replace flashing (4) clean and paint all previously painted exterior surfaces, and (5) paint mailbox stands and bus shelters. Performance shall be completed within 180 calendar days after receipt of the notice to proceed. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. All responsible business concerns may submit a bid which will be considered. The Standard Industrial Classification Code for this project is 1721 ($7.0 Million). Contract award is anticipated by September 30, 1996 or earlier. There is a non-refundable fee of $25.00 for this solicitation package.
