The project consists of furnishing all construction including materials, labor, and equipment to provide demolition, site and building construction to prepare site for Phase One renovation of Sports facility. Repair site and relocate existing equipment in conjunction with construction of new facilities. Work also consists of providing a 2,000 SF concession and storage building on concrete slab with turned down footings. The building will consist of brick on the bottom and stucco on the upper floors. The pitched roof is of standing seam metal. The HVAC system will consist of a system heat pump with ducted and forced air distribution system. Also to be provided is the construction of two (2) new softball fields with irrigation, fencing, and dugouts. Provide unit paver surfacing as shown on plans. The estimated cost of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The contract performance period is 180 days after Notice to Proceed.
