The path shall be paved with 1 1/2'' asphalt over 6'' crushed stone. Track shall contain bridges, culverts, etc. as required to accommodate changes in elevation along the path. This acquisition will be issued pursuant to the ''Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988'' and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore this acquisition is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining small business size, SIC 1611, for this acquisition, the average annual receipt of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $17 million. Estimated range of this project is $250,000 to $500,000. Performance time is 90 calendar days.
