The work includes but is not limited to the Upgrade of Six POL Underground Fuel Storage Tanks at the Fresno Air National Guard Base, Fresno, California. The project includes the cleaning, inspection and coating of the tanks. Also included is the removal of existing belowground piping and replacement with aboveground piping. The replacement of existing plug valves with ball valves and the installation of an in tank leak detection system and incidental related work.
