Principal items of work include but are not limited to: demolition, excavation, concrete, masonry, rough and finish carpentry, doors and hardware, drywall, suspended ceiling systems, flooring, painting, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, conveying systems, electrical work and fire protection work. There are 3 bid options. The contractor will be allowed 5 months to complete this contract. The magitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000.
