Project consists of renovation of the interior and exterior of the dining facility to include as a minimum: remove and replace various existing bricks, replace all windows, construct addition to the dry storage and refrigerator/freezer area, construct brick screen walls for compactor area and can wash area, extend concrete dock and metal canopy to dry storage addition, provide seamless flooring in kitchen area, remove and provide new electrical main distribution panel serving the building, remove and provide new interior electrical circuits for kitchen equipment and proivde lighting fixtures and electrical circuits of enlarged dry storage and new can wash area.
