Intent to contract with IDB Worldcom, for continuous, non-interrupted telecommunications service. This requirement is for service of one (1) 56 kbps link between Falcon Air Force Base (FAFB), Co and Indian Ocean Tracking Station (IOS), Mahe Island, Seychelles. Service begins 9 July 1996 and continues through 31 December 1996 to preclude disruption of service until the service is no longer needed due to the closing of IOS scheduled for December, 1996. This contract action continues service, which was competed under full and open competition. There will be no solicitation issued. See Numbered Note 22. (0185)
