Stark The Air Force desires to acquire, in support of the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA), the maintenance and repair of refrigeration and HVAC systems in military commissaries at approximately thirty-five (35) locations in the DeCA northeast region. There will be chloro fluoro carbons (CFC) changeout performed at six (6) locations in Maryland, Virginia and Washington D.C. The period of performance for Group I and III shall have a basic year commencing 1 Oct 96 through 30 Sep 97 with three (3) one (1) year options and Group II commencing 1 Feb 97 through 30 Sep 97 also with three (3) one (1) year options. Offerors must propose on all locations solicited within any one group (to include maintenance and CFC change-out) to be considered for award. Requests for this solicitation shall be made in writing.
