The contractor shall furnish supplies and services to include creation, planning, preparation, execution, administration instructions (procedures, format, time, and requirements), a detailed explanation of specific measurements, and validation of the assessment instrument(s), test(s) or tool(s) developed in accordance with the performance work statement. The tool shall be designed to be administered in the field by the Recruit the Recruiter team and shall not take more than one hour to be administered to potential applicants. The tool shall also be designed to be administered on laptop computers and through multiple choice question and answer surveys. A production quantity of 1000 ea tests, tools or instrument administrations will be acquired under this solicitation. The standard industrial classification (SIC) code is 7389, Business Services.
