To ensure that the full range of issues relating to the proposed action are addressed and all potential significant issues are identified and considered, comments and suggestions are being solicited. To facilitate receipt of comments, representatives of the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Property Disposal Division will conduct a Scoping Meeting to which all interested persons are invited to attend. The Scoping meeting will begin at 7:30 P.M., Thursday, July 25, 1996 and will be held at the Union Township Municipal Building located at 9113 Cincinnati-Dayton Road, Union Township, Ohio. An informal public information session will be conducted by GSA personnel from 1:30 P.M. - 5:00 P.M., Thursday, July 25, 1996 at the Union Township Municipal Building located at 9113 Cincinnati-Dayton Road, Union Township, Ohio. Both written and oral comments will be accepted at that time. All comments received will be made a part of the administrative record for the draft Environmental Impact Study and will be evaluated as part of the final environmental review process.
