The proposed contract listed here is 100 percent set aside for Small Business Concerns. The SIC CODE 7349, Building Cleaning and Maintenance Services, NEC, with a size standard of $12 million has been assigned to this solicitation. The contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, materials, equipment and supervision to clean, inspect and repair fireplaces and miscellaneous flues for military housing at the Marine Corps Base, Quantico, Virginia by means of a combination firm fixed price and indefinite quantity contract. The contract will be for a period of one year with the option to extend the term for an additional period of one (1) to twelve (12) months. The total duration of this contract including the exercise of any options shall not exceed 48 months. The projected date for availability of solicitations is 22 July 1996.
