The work includes, but is not limited to construction of a TCC Garage, renovation of the Unaccompanied Personnel Housing (UPH) and the renovation and construction of an addition to the Receiver/Operations Building. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with Specification No. 20-L4001, L5001 and L5002 and Drawing No. 20-L4001, L5001 and L5002 (sheets 1-101). All work shall be completed within 270 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. This is applicable to any eligible prime or subcontract at any tier. The DOT Bonding Assistance Program enables firms to apply for bid, performance and payment bonds up to $1.0 million per contract.
