Description of Work: This project is for the construction of a 2nd Regional Training Brigade (RTB) Headquarters Facility office building in support of the Ground Forces Readiness Enhancement (GRFE) Program at Fort Stewart, GA. The building is approximately 20,000 square feet with a pre-engineered steel building, exterior stucco walls and an insulated metal roof for 200 personnel. Supporting facilities include all utilities, electrical service, and parking for 175 vehicles. Network Analysis System will be required. Estimated cost range of project is from $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Charge for solicitation documents is $60. Make check payable to F&A Officer.
