The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, supplies and equipment necessary for maintenance and repair of Bituminous Pavements of roads, driveways, parking lots and sidewalks. Work includes repairing (1) pot or chuck holes, upheavals, badly cracked or deteriorated pavement, (2) placing bituminous pavement of various thickness or mix, (3) replacing existing or constructing new bases and subbases for pavement, (4) adjusting elevations of inlet and manhole frames, (5) repairing or replacing bituminous pavement and portland concrete pavement, (6) sealing random cracks in bituminous pavement, (7) resetting and replacing granite curbing, (8) repairing and replacing bituminous curbing, (9) excavating ditches and utilities, (10) repairing underground water and drainage lines, (11) replacing catch basins and manholes, (12) placing gravel for parking areas and other incidental related work. This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a Base Year and Two (2) option years. There is a guaranteed minimum of $10,000. The estimated cost range for this solicitation is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Subject solicitation will be issued as unrestricted and subject to the evaluation criteria contained in DFAR 252.219-7003.
