The work includes under Part A the replacement of existing fluorescent lighting fixtures with new high efficiency fluorescent lighting fixtures. Part B of the solicitation includes the replacement of existing ballasts and fluorescent tubes with new electronic ballasts and T-8 fluorescent tubes, and the reconfiguration of existing double switches to single switches.
