S. Postal Service is soliciting proposals for the complete upgrade of the restrooms and locker rooms at the Albany, NY Processing & Distribution Center at 30 Old Karner Rd. in Albany. Work includes, but is not limited to, demolition, fixtures, plumbing, ventilation, partitions lockers and accessories, new tile floors and walls, finishes, and related miscellaneous work. The estimated cost of the work is between $400,000.00 and $800,000.00, with completion within 150 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. Sealed offers will be received in this office prior to, but no later than, 4:00 p.m. on August 6, 1993. Offers will not be publicly opened. The number of offers received, the identity of the offerors, the amount of any offer, or relative standing of the offerors WILL NOT BE DISCLOSED TO ANYONE until award of contract is made.
