Estimated cost range $500K - $1,000,000. Completion time 195 calendar days after Notice to Proceed date. The solicitation package should be available on or about 07/26/96. Bid Opening will be on or about 08/29/96. 20% bid bond is required and performance and payment bonds will be required prior to receipt of Notice to Proceed.
