Replace constant volume reheat system on the second floor with a variable air volume system; VAV system controls shall be microprocessor-based direct digital controls (DDC). Improve zoning of perimeter baseboard heating on all floors. OPTION NO. 1: Install an Energy Management Control System (EMCS); EMCS shall extend to chiller and boiler plant and system level (air handling units) HVAC equipment.
