The existing steel windows contain lead based paint and the existing pipe insulation contains asbestos and removal of both are included int he work. Mechanical replacments includes replacing the existing hot water boiler, thermostats, controls and associated piping, etc. and two existing free standing electric hot water heaters with a new energy efficient gas fired hot water heaters and incidental related work. This solicitation is unrestricted and open for participation by all interested firms. The Estimated Cost Range is between $100,000 and $250,000.
