Joint venture agreements between a Saudi company with a valid commercial registration and a non- Saudi company is acceptable, provided that such joint venture is registered by the award date of the contract. Therefore, only those offerors meeting this requirement will be considered for award. The solicitation will be issued approximately 01 August 1996 and estimated closing date is 09 September 1996. A preproposal conference will be conducted at the King Abdul Aziz Air Base Dhahran, Saudi Arabia in August 1996. The Ombudsman for the Aeronautical Systems Center (ASC) has been changed.
