Heath The project includes removal of existing asphalt and subgrade and replacement with new subgrade and asphalt for the four (4) following streets: Warehouse Avenue, Logistics Road, Boyington Drive and Hercules Road. In addition to the above, Depot Avenue shall be milled and repaved; and, Carswell Avenue shall receive an asphalt overlay under this project. This solicitation has been classified as UNRESTRICTED pursuant to Public Law 100-656. Estimated Cost is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Estimated duration of the contract is 115 days for completion.
