Delete the Description of the item in its entirety and replace it with the following: ''Three-Conductor cable, 8kv, 1/0, Type: SHD-GC MSHA. The cable insulation shall be Ethylene Propylene rubber. The insulation jacket shall resist crushing, abrasion, compression, impact, water, aging, and weathering.'' B. For clarification purposes, MSHA stands for Mine Safety and Health Administration. MSHA requires that all cables used in mining operations must be certified MSHA. The cable shall have these initials printed. C.
