Concerns having the ability for providing detention services for female Federal offenders. Those interested are requested to give writtn notification (including telephone number and a point of contact) to the contracting officer listed in this notice. Services required include care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment, to inclde furnishing of subsistence and medical services, except the expense of hospital, surgical, prescriptions, and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of the facility is the St. Paul/Minneapolis, Minnesota area. Estimated total number of mandays is 3,650 for the base; 1,825 for the first, second and third option years. Estimated RFP issue date is August 5, 1996, estimated closing date is October 3, 1996. Contract base period is 12 months with three one-year options to renew. A requirements contract is anticipated. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this Agency.
