The USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS) requires all labor and supervision be provided to manage an onsite fitness center at the Eastern Regional Research Center in Wyndmoor, PA. Membership totals approximately 100 employees. The contractor will be required to plan, develop and manage the Center's fitness program through various exercise programs and activities geared to a wide range of participant interests. Reports and statistics on the status of the program will be required throughout the period of the contract. The period of performance will be from October 1, 1996 through September 30, 1997, with two (2) 12-month options.
