The contractor shall provide all materials, labor and supervision necessary for the protective maintenance of all Curtis, Otis, Dover and Westinghouse Elevators located in eight buildings at the US Merchant Marine Academy, Kings Point, New York. The initial period of performance is 01 October 1996 through 30 September 1997, with four (4) option years to follow. A site inspection shall be held. All requests for the solicitation must be made in writing. No telephone requests shall be requested. This project is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable standard industrial classification is 7349. The small business size standard is no more than $12.0 million average annual receipts for an offeror's preceeding 3 fiscal years.
