Bailey (804) 396-2460 The work includes providing all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and management necessary to provide grounds maintenance services at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, Virginia. The successful contractor's firm shall be located in the United States. Work to be accomplished by means of a Combination Firm Fixed Price and Indefinite Quantity type contract. The contract term shall be for a period of one year. The Government shall have the option to extend the term of the contract services for additional periods of one to twelve months. The total contract term, including exercise of any options, shall not exceed 60 months. Plans and Specifications will be made available on or about 22 July 1996.
