S -- DRY CLEANING CONTRACT. UP TO 2 CONTRACT SOL GS-11P-96-MJC-0023 DUE 082796 POC Contact,Janis Anderson,202/708-8709,Contracting Officer,Sandra Jones,202/70 8-8709 The contractor shall establish and operate dry cleaning services in the GSA Regional Office Building, Health and Human Services North Building, Forrestal Building, and the GSA Central Office Building. These locations will be separated into two areas with two locations in each area; mulitple awards (up to two (2) contracts) may be awarded from this solicitation. The contract period will be for an initial period of three (3) years, with the Government having the unilateral option to extend services for two (2) one (1) year option periods. No bond will be required for this procurement. The solicitation will be issued on or about July 25, 1996. The contract start date is on or about October 15, 1996 This procurement will be a sealed bid and is set aside for small businesses.
