Contractor will be required to be certificated under 14 CFR, Chapter 135, Air Taxi Operators and Commercial Operators. Furnish flight services fully contractor operated and maintained consisting of one Bell 206L-1 and one Twin Star or equal aircraft, in support of the Minerals Management Service offshore programs. The services will be required for 365 days, beginning 01 October 1996 through 30 September 1997. The term of this contract will be one year with options to renew for four additional years.
