Speights (Site Code W31XNJ) The contract is to rent a self propelled hopper dredge, attendant plant and crew for maintenance dredging in Mobile Bay. The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing and operating a hopper dredge with pump discharge of not less than 24 inch nor more than 33.5 inch, and bin sizes ranging from 3600 to 11,000 cubic yards, complete with all necessary materials, supplies, labor and transportation including fuel, power and water.
