Work to be performed consists of the following four components: Sitework--excavation of foundations and backfill; masonry block wall, steel emergency exit door, steel fence and gate, and gravel surfacing. Concrete--foundations for steel structures, electrical equipment, and masonry wall. Metalwork--galvanized welded steel structures. High-Voltage Electrical (12.5-kV)--installing Government-furnished combination conductors and cables, bus systems, unit substation lighting, and substation sign. The solicitation will be issued o/a 7-26-96. The resulting contract will be Firm-Fixed-Price. The estimated cost of the construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. Contract completion is within 60 calendar days after Notice to Proceed.
