314/982-1503. The Bi-State Development Agency of the Missouri-Illinois
Metropolitan Area (Agency) is hereby requesting bids from firms and
companies to provide construction to expand the present garage office
to include new facilities for both the garage's Bi-State personnel and
the National Park Service's law enforcement personnel. The existing
cashier booths will be relocated further back into the garage to allow
vehicles to leave the garage more quickly. The new structure, covering
approximately 4,000 square feet, will be built inside the existing arch
garage and utilize the garage's middle parking deck as its roof. It
will have reinforced concrete masonry exterior walls. The project will
also include extensive lighting, plumbing and HVAC work, as well as
demolition of the existing garage office and some existing concrete
curbing and pads. Furnishing, except as shown in the drawings, are
specifically excluded from this project. A non-refundable charge of
$50.00 will be required for purchase of each set of specifications.
