The work includes furnishing all materials, labor, equipment and supervision for the demolition of the refrigeration equipment in the dining facilities where equipment works with Refrigerant R-12; installation of the new refrigeration equipment using new Refrigerant AZ-50 (R-507); the existing evaporative condenser with three circuit heat exchangers, all compressors and unit coolers will be replaced with new equipment the same capacity using Refrigerant AZ-50 (R-507); new refrigerant piping and temperature control, and incidental related work. A Quality Control Program will be required as set forth in Section 01400 of the Contract Specifications. Firm fixed price contract. Performance time 180 calendar days. Performance at the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, California. Estimated Cost Range between $100,000 and $250,000.
