Detrick, Frederick, Maryland complete and ready for use. All work shall be achieved in accordance with applicable Government specifications and drawings. The replacement shall include but not be limited to provide miscellaneous cutting, patching, and repairs to existing building finishes as necessary to accomplish the work. Minor repairs and relocations to work around existing facility features that are in the areas of work shall also be performed. Solicitation number DAMD17-96-B-0020 will be available on or about August 9, 1996 and opening on or about September 9, 1996. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered. However, solicitation packages are limited to 40; on a first come, first served basis.
