Z -- REPAIR HANGAR SPRINKLER SYSTEM, SHERMAN ARMY AIRFIELD, BLDG 132 SOL DABT19-96-B-0022 DUE 090496 POC Contract Specialist GEORGIA VESTAL (913) 684-2091 (Site Code DABT19) Work includes but is not limited to: Repairs to the sprinkler system for Bldg 132 are required due to the flood of the airfield in 1993; Repair pumps, piping, and valves in pump house located to the west of Bldg 132 as show on the plans; Replace existing deluge supply valves associated water riser piping as shown on the plans; Install fire alarm panel and central reporting fire alarm transmittal as shown on the plans; Repair electrical system, pump controls and transformer as shown on the plans; and install fire protection equipment, controls, horns, and strobes as shown on the plans. This will be a firm fixed-price lump sum type contract. Completion period is 180 days from the Notice to Proceed. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. This acquisition is unrestricted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The size standard for a small business concern, including its affiliates, is average annual sales or receipts for the preceding three (3) fiscal years, not to exceed $7.0 million.
