Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, materials (except Government furnished materials), and supervision to provide demolition of the designated bathrooms; including removal of existing tubs, surroundings, toilets, existing finish vinyl flooring and removal of existing ventilation units; provide new finish vinyl flooring and base, ceramic tile Wainscot and vinyl finish surface. Provide new toilets and corner showers and doors, new ventilation units, complete. Provide air conditioning system and including new chiller, fan coil units, insulated chilled water piping, condensate drain, provisions for EMCS, electrical and architectural to support A/C installation. The magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This solicitation will be issued on or about 23 July 96 with a bid opening date on or about 22 August 96. This solicitation is unrestricted. There is a $52.00 non-refundable charge for each bid set. Payment in the form of a company check, certified cashier's check or US Postal Money Order made payable to the ``Department of the Air Force'' must accompany each request.
