All work performed by the Contractor shall result in a complete, functional system. This will be a firm fixed-price requirements type contract. Contract ordering period is for 365 calendar days from date of award. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. This acquisition is unrestricted pursuant to P.L. 100-656, Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1623, Water, Sewer, Pipe Line, Communication and Power Lines Construction, with a small business size standard of $17 million average annual sales or receipts for the preceding three (3) fiscal years.
