Work consists of demolition of asbestos on pipe elbows and expansion tank; remove boiler, pumps, piping and expansion tank and install multiple high efficiency quick recovery boilers, new pumps, piping and controls. The magnitude of this proposed acquisition is $100,000 to $250,00 and will be solicited under Standard Industrial Classification Code 1711. A $35.00 non-refundable deposit via certified check or money order is required for each solicitation package requested. All checks should be made payable to FSO-Vandenberg AFB. This project will be solicited on an unrestricted basis IAW PL 102-366. Interested bidders must submit a written request no later than 22 July 1996.
