The Contractor shall provide all services, including labor, material, equipment and machinery necessary for the general construction of an engineered, low-permeability cover on an approximately 10 acre landfill near Furnace Creek in Death Valley National Park, California. Under an Optional Bid Item to be exercised at the discretion of the Government, the Contractor would provide additional services, including labor, material, equipment and machinery necessary for the general construction of an engineered perimeter and transverse drains and culverts at the same location. The estimate price range for the base bid and optional bid item is $250,000 to $500,000.
