Description of Project: The work to be performed will include all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary and required to chip sealing a majority of the streets located on Malmstrom AFB, MT. The performance period is 90 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Invitation for Bid will be issued on or about 16 Jul 1996. Bid opening will be on or about 16 Aug 1996. The acquisition is open competition for large and small business in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. Only written requests for the solicitation will be considered. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.
