This project includes creating a new mechanical room adjacent to the procedure room for air handling unit with HEPA filters to supply room with negative air pressure. Work includes demolition of existing walls, installation of new walls, plumbing, medical gas lines (oxygen, vacuum and compressed air), HVAC, electrical systems.
