the Governments intent to award an Indefinite Quantity Type contract
for these items from the successful offeror on this solicitation for an
anticipated quantity on the Receiver Assembly of 12 units in the first
year, 7 units in the second year, 9 units in the third year, 7 units
in the fourth year, and 9 units in the fifth year. The anticipated
quantity on the Cell Assembly is 139 units the first year, 46 the
second year, 46 the third year, 46 the fourth year and 46 the fifth
year. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to
be eligible for award. Interested firms are instructed to seek source
approval in order to compete for this solicitation by submitting
documentation in accordance with the Competition Advocate's Shopping
List Procedures. These procedures may be obtained from the Competition
Advocate's Office, AMSAT-D-P, (314) 263-2424. No phone requests will

only. Justification for other than full and open competition is FAR
