The Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for a Contractor to provide a Transformer Oil Processing Unit & Trailer. The trailer is a high-vacuum, fully self-contained, completely assembled, mobile oil processor system for use in the reclamation of transformer oil and high vacuum dry-out and oil filling of power transformers. The system shall include, but is not limited to the following major components: A) Roadworthy heavy-duty trailer; B) High vacuum oil purifier/degasifier unit; C) Electrical power distribution systems, including electrical power cables to connect the trailer service to a power source; and D) Laboratory space.
