Talbert, Contracting Officer (916) 364-4213 The Television-Audio Support Activity proposes to procure one (1) each turn-key audio/visual presentation system. The Contractor shall engineer, furnish, install and test (EFIT) a turn-key audio/visual presentation system. The system shall consist of a high resolution graphics video projector, VHS/SVHS recorder/reproducer, audio reinforcement system (including audio recording and playback as well as audio amplification), cabling, stands, mounts, signal conditioning equipment, hardware, firmware and software as required by the proposed design. The system shall be installed at the US Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center (USAJFKSWC), Fort Bragg, North Carolina. A one-time site visit will be conducted at Ft. Bragg, NC on Tuesday, August 13, 1996 at 0900 hours. A complete description of the requirement, including the Statement of Work (SOW), will be provided in the solicitation. Delivery is 120 days ARO. FOB Destination, Ft. Bragg, NC. This acquisition will be 100% set-aside for small businesses (Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code 3663, size standard is 750 employees). Estimated date of issuance of solicitation will be July 25, 1996. Closing date will be on/about August 30, 1996.
