FISC Norfolk Det Philadelphia intends to procure various circuit cards for use in the NIDA Model 130 Test Console, a portable electronic trainer that provides electronics students with a prewired AC/DC power supply system, an input-output system, and an in-circuit faulting system. NIDA Corporation is the only source able to meet the Government's requirement, as they are the only manufacturer producing cards of this configuration, compatible with the installed NIDA Equipment. A firm fixed price contract with NIDA Corporation will be awarded. Delivery is required 15 days after the date of contract award. The applicable SIC for this procurement action is 3672. All responsible sources may submit concise documentation as to their ability to supply the required supplies as well as financial and technical information which shall be considered by FISC Norfolk Det Philadelphia. If no affirmative written responses advantageous to the Navy are received within fifteen (15) calendar days after publication of this notice, a request for quotation will be issued to NIDA Corporation of Melbourne, Florida. Note, no contract award will be made on the basis of information received to this notice. Further, the Navy will not pay for any information provided.
