This is a notification of intent to acquisition in accordance with FIRMR 201-39.803. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published. Any such solicitation will be issued to the intended schedule vendor and all firms that respond to this synopsis of intent or other wise request a copy of the solicitation. All responses to this synopsis shall include pricing data.
